Thank you for choosing TrueBrady Co. We specialize in the sale of used construction equipment and machinery. Due to the nature of used equipment sales, all purchases are subject to the following Refunds and Returns Policy.
All Sales Are Final
Our TrueBrady Refunds Returns Policy is transparent and straightforward for our customers.
- All equipment sold by TrueBrady Co. is sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any equipment purchase under the TrueBrady Refunds Returns Policy.
- Once a sale is finalized, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
Condition and Inspection of Equipment

By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to evaluate the equipment’s condition, performance, and suitability for their intended use.
Our Commitment to Service
- While TrueBrady Co. does not offer warranties or post-sale repairs, we are committed to supporting our customers beyond the point of sale. We take pride in providing accurate equipment information before purchase, and we remain available to answer questions, provide guidance, or help source parts and attachments when possible. Our goal is to help your equipment perform well for your intended use, and we value ongoing working relationships with every customer.
Title and Risk of Loss
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery. Once transferred, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the equipment’s condition, operation, and safe use.
Sales Tax
- It is never the responsibility of TrueBrady Co to pay any applicable state or local sales tax requirements. TrueBrady Co is a wholesaler.
If tax is exempt, the buyer must provide a valid exemption certificate prior to invoicing.
Manufacturer Documentation & Operator Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for:

Maintenance records
Safety documentation
Technical support
TrueBrady Co. does not provide operator training. The buyer is responsible for ensuring:
The equipment meets manufacturer safety standards
Operators are properly trained
The equipment is used according to manufacturer guidelines
Liability
- TrueBrady Co. is not responsible for equipment performance after the sale. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to hold TrueBrady Co. harmless from any issues arising from use, operation, transportation, or mechanical failure of the equipment.
